Once there was a little seed, and that little seed wished to do big things...so guess what it did...
This was our little watermelon back in July...

and here it is in September, when we finally picked it. It was yummy, well at least that was what I was told, and by the look on Gabby's face in the next few photos, you can tell she was going to enjoy it as well.

For David, Clay and Gabby's Birthday presents this year, Paw Paw took them and the rest of us bums, to Busch Gardens. In Newport News VA, there is a little farm called "Blue Bird Gap" Farm, which I post about every time we go, but I just wanted everyone to know where it is, just in case you'd like to go there too...ya know with roaming Peacocks and all...very tempting, right?!

They even let ya feed them. Cool!

Gabby was very excited to try and feed one as well...

She is so cute.

Clay torturing Foxy...poor pup.

Paw Paw pushes the kids in the swing, unfortunately Gabby decided she was done with the baby swing half way through the first go...crazy kid.

She wanted to ride the "big kids" swings instead. She is getting so big, I cannot believe she can even stay on them.

Cavan loves the swing...a lot!

Finally going to see all of the little animals!

He was squealing while trying to catch up...

Love those little legs.

Hanging out with Grandmaw!

Petting a goat, which she loved!

Running from Big Sis!

Awwww...puppy love!

"We're escaping...AHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

Busch Gardens here we come!
She wanted a picture with the "White Lady" but did not want to get too close, and she never did smile...

She loves to ride this ride, and it was a treat to ride with her Dad and her Uncle.

Ya ya trying to wrangle our little runner.

Face is priceless...and so sneaky!

Gabby needed some support from Uncle David for her picture.

Cavan wanted down so bad while Gabby was taking a picture with the Count...

however, he really wanted to give some love to Ernie...Yay!!

Waiting for the show to start. Half way through he fell asleep, he had had a busy morning.

Favorite part of the show...

This go around, Gabby loved the roller coaster, even wanted to ride it again with Phil!
(Click on it to see her glee!)

Sneaky...sneaky...

The Carousel is a ride that Uncle David and Paw Paw love to take Gabby on. This go around, Cavan was big enough to ride, so let's just say it became a family affair.

Paw Paw forgot that little kids had to ride on the horse in the middle, so Gabby only enjoyed her Purple Horse for a few minutes before they were told to move. Poor kid, she was so bummed!

After a bit, she didn't mind at all riding this one.

Cavan enjoyed holding onto the horse and Uncle David, it's all about stability. You can never be too careful.

It is all about the company! Clay, Miranda and Dallas took her on the tea cups in June, yet Gabby did not like them at all. Stick her with Uncle David, Aunt Ya ya, and Phil, and she needs to ride it twice...silly kid.

We sent the kids home with Grandma and Paw Paw when it came for all of the scary stuff to start up. Good thing we did too, this year it was really creepy!! Thanks Paw Paw and Grandmaw for the wonderful gift!!!
Saturday night we had a nice surprise come upon Gabby. She started out with what looked like bug bites on her face, but by about 10pm, she was covered in hives. We are still dealing with them today, but after a doctors visit yesterday, we know will be okay.

Of course Cavan had to have his picture taken, especially since Gabby was. So cute!!

What a fun place. Makes me want to visit Busch Gardens. I love that last picture of Caven. Samara has that same yellow and white dress. I'm sorry about the hives. Samara often gets those when she has a cold. They freak me out.
