Enjoying the sun...

 Running...

Looking and poking...

Hard to see, but this is our friend the Turkey who lives down the lane, and will gobble at you if you speak first...he is awesome!

 Mud puddles...so fun!
The abandoned houses at the beginning of our street.  There was a gas leak in the water so the folks had to leave them.  It's sad though, because some of them still have a lot of stuff inside!  It's makes me think of the show "life after people"...pretty cool to look in them!

 Heading to the puddles...
 The Popcorn tree!
 Mailboxes, and another abandoned house!
 Cutie patootie!

Waiting on Brother, who is digging in the mud...again!

Falling down and getting up...nothing new!

All over the neighborhood there are tons of daffodils, they are so pretty to look at!  We have some in our front yard, however they have never bloomed...too much Zaidy stuff I am sure!

Much ado about nothing...

These little cuties sure do take up a lot of time!  I just wanted to post some journaling updates, just so I can keep it all straight in the future...hopefully!  First, Gabriella has gone up in her reading.  She came home reading at a level B on Tuesday, YAAAAAYYYYY!!  The school wants them at a C by the time they move onto 1st!  Clay and I were so ecstatic for her, we decided to give her the movie Frozen, which we had bought to do a family night Friday, but decided it could be her prize!  I know, I know...

We are so proud of how quickly she is catching on, well, apparently she is behind, because kindergarten is the new first grade...so dumb.  At least she is smart enough to figure it out!

She has lost her two bottom, middle teeth, and now the top right tooth is all wiggly!  She loves jiggling it, but hasn't quite let Clay pull it out!!  It hangs lower than the others!  It's pretty funny to look at it!  She had some weird finger bacteria and had to go on antibiotics!  Her and Cavan had strep a month or so ago, which was horrible!  Thankfully all of that has cleared up!  She usually brings home the fun icky stuff from school, and we are learning quite quickly that if she has something, the rest of us will have it in a few days!  So fun!!!

Cavan is talking so much more, and he loves to tell us who he is!!!  The best part of February was when he started to tell people his name, not just "me"!  He still has some sounds he cannot quite pronounce, but Mae is working so wonderfully with him!

Thomas is his obession!  It can be 70 degrees out and he wants to wear his Thomas boots and hoodie, with it zipped and hood up!  So cute!!!!  He can count to 10, almost all by himself.  If not, he usually starts over at 1 when he gets to 3,  but he can say them!  Ha!

He can pick up Madi, even though he has face planted her a few times, and then tell me he is "Strong"!  He loves competing with Gabby, over everything, and I mean everything!  The tables have turned though, in that now Cavan crawls up into Gabby's bed rather than her sneaking into his!  Reminds me of when I used to make Katie come sleep in my room just so I wouldn't be by myself, and I'd hide in the corner until Mom and Dad went to bed!!  =0)

Madilyn has had a rough couple of months!  Aside from being sick over the Holidays with all of us, we found out about three weeks ago she had a UTI.  Since she is so young, they had to do an ultrasound on her kidneys and bladder, which she came out of with flying colors, no problems at all!  She was cleared yesterday of the UTI!!!

She weened herself from nursing, about two weeks ago, which was bittersweet!  My only baby that hung onto breastfeeding for 11 months and five days...very hard to give up!  The first time she bit me though, really made me think otherwise...ha! She is doing a bottle just fine now, in fact she leaps for it in the morning!  When we took her to her appointment yesterday, the doc said she had a herniated belly button on top of everything!  Thankfully that will be fine and go away on its own!!!  This poor baby has had more health scares in her whole 11 months than Gabby and Cavan combined!

She loves her Daddy now, and will even lunge for him!  He can giver her a bottle too, so she is okay with that!  She loves to eat everything and tries anything!  We are still working on sleeping through the night!!  Going on night two of letting her figure it out on her own!!!  She did put herself back to sleep quickly sometime early this morning, but that was the only time out of the 5 or 6 times she woke up...ay!

Watching them grow is so much fun!!

Happy St. Patty's Day!!!!

I loved this onsie when I bought it, "I'm Cute, My Mom is Cute, and my Dad is Lucky!"  Hee hee hee!!  =0)
Cavan, of course, had to have his picture snapped!

Mr. Cuddles had to be in the middle of the action...silly kitty!!

 Yummy lunch!
While doing my exercise video, she got bored...really bored!

Snow anyone...

We had our Big Snow days and fun back in February!  So fun for the kids!!!!  It lasted for a long time too, which stunk because Gabby missed school, and now they are having to make it up by staying longer at school and missing all work days!  This was Day one of the fun!
Madi is in my snowsuit that I wore when I was a baby!

Dad pranking...
 and one more time!

 Snowball fighting!

Our pond actually iced over a few times before this big storm.  It was totally covered during one of our lovely 9 degree weather!  It only iced part way during this storm...didn't ever get cold enough!

I did come out and play for a few too!

He didn't like the snowball to the face...

Still not liking the snow in the face!
 Gabby loved all of it!

 Second day in the snow!!!
Clay is outside with them, just up against the house sitting!  He was so good about that, sitting outside so they could play!!

 Momma kitty could care less...
these two however wanted out so bad!

 Day 3 in the snow...

Madi got to come and sit while I had Zaid out in it!  She didn't mind it for a minute!

Few days after the snow and Mommy and Daddy decided it was time for Madi to move out of our room!  She was getting up every two or three hours still, and we decided maybe not having to listen to us coming in and out would help!  We do not have room for the kids awesome crib, so we bought a mattress for our pack-n-play and that is where she sleeps in the kids room!!  Prior to putting it in there, the kids all had to try it out...

After Madi started crawling, she started pulling up all of the time!!!  Cavan was holding the kitten so she had to come and see what was up!
This is something that just does not happen!  Momma kitty treats Mr. C just like she did Booger, with content and impatience!  It is hilarious, but the kitten still tries to be close and annoy as much as possible!
